Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot individuals were met with hardships, and in those moments, those hardships became opportunities of growth and improvement.

For Dilcia, a huge part of her growth was the rise in self-confidence, a sense of worthiness, a positive outlook on body image, fitness, and overall, becoming the person she always strived to be.

Back in January 2021, Dilcia went into a recovery program for her eating disorder relapse of December 2020; after clearance from her medical practitioner, she jumped into strength training. She fell in love with all the new possibilities her body could achieve, and was motivated to use fitness as an extension of her talents.

With guidance from one of her coaches, Annette Camacho, as well as her mother, Ms. Paz, who has been lifting for the past five years, Dilcia has finished her certification program the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and is excited to start training with individuals both in and out of the entertainment industry to lead them towards a strong, healthy life!
